Acting on the orders from the Presidency, we have after the ministerial board resolution, issued an ISPO Irrevocable Standing Payment Order on your long over due payment with a special instruction to effect a part payment of your fund immediately.

On the strength of the above gesture and to avoid the issue of Transfer Fees associated with direct Wire Transfer to your bank account, after regularization, the Board has approved your Final part Payment by Draft.

Note that this payment arrangement is only for some set of privilege beneficiary's, which your name is among.
